Practice 30/7

I've been meaning to put up various details about the guitar seminar and scores but i keep forgetting, so here it goes:

2nd Annual Guitar Ensemble Seminar [attendance is compulsory- unless you have valid reasons as to why you cannot go]
17th November at MGS Auditorium, 8.30-6.00pm

The program is as follows

• planning for ensemble development and growth
• accelerated learning strategies
• effective rehearsal techniques
• technical development
• conducting masterclass

Seminar Fee: $30 [you can pay by edusave]

Approach the committee members if you cannot go [with valid reasons]. Also please give your t-shirt size [yes, there'll be a t-shirt] to Elizabeth [our dear secretary].

Secondly, there are quite a few scores given out you must have [and practice during the break before promos]. They are:

1. Jingle Bells
2. Angels from the Realms of Glory
3. Ding Dong Merrily on High
4. Rudolf
5. Silent Night
6. Carol of the Bells
7. Angels We have Heard on High

For the last two, make sure you get the piece that your section is supposed to play [guitar 1, 2, 3, 4]. Make sure you have these scores and approach our lovely librarian [Yong Ning] if you don't have them.

Practice as per normal tomorrow and next Wednesday. Afterwards there will be no more practices until promos are over.

The room will be open at around 7.20 tomorrow.
