Thank you for your overwhelming response and keen interest in the Guitar Ensemble. However, we are only able to take in 65 members this year.
I have received many online messages with regards to joining the Guitar Ensemble. I also understand that some of you are really really keen to join us. Therefore, please refer to the instructions below regarding internal appeal. Meanwhile, I would like to emphasise that chances are slim, hence I really encourage you to try out other trials first while waiting.
On the other hand, to the 65 people that have been accepted into the Guitar Ensemble, if you have decided to join another CCA, please do inform me asap, so that we can open up to those who are appealing in.
Internal Appeal to TPJCGE is only for those who have attended the trial.
Instructions:
1. You are to drop an online message via tpjc.net to Angelyn Wee Wei Ling, 09S22 for identification purposes by Wednesday, 17th Feb, 9pm latest. Late submission will not be entertained.
2. Your application form will be filed under the appeal list, and you will be informed by Friday, 19th feb if there's any available vacancy.
3. Meanwhile, you are strongly encouraged to try out the other CCA trials/auditions as appeal chances are slim.
4. If you have nothing on next Friday, you can drop by the Guitar Room personally to find out the status of your appeal at 210pm. If successful, you can join in the Welcome Tea immediately.
