Please do it early, lest you forget.

Those in bold are the prominent ones and since you can't possibly fill in every single event, so just pick those prominent ones. :)
Don't forget to include all your leadership positions held, be it Exco or SL, or even heading a sub-com for concert/camp planning etc.
