Pen Pal Programme

Main Aim: To foster friendship and bonds between the J1s and J2s.

Here is how the Pen-Pal Programme is going to work:

Everyone will be given a card. Please keep it carefully!

Dear J2s,

Firstly, you all will receive a card that has an alphabet and a number at the top left corner. (Example A1 or B2) This is YOUR I.D Number! On the card too, there are a few numbers, and this is the identity of the J1s you are supposed to write to, hence they are your PEN PALS. XD Now, on every Friday of the week, the J2s are supposed to give J1s small gifts or letters which will be collected at the start of the guitar session by Hong Xiang and Pei Ying in a box. Simply write to the number you’re given and send it via HX/PY! Then on every Wednesday of the week, you can collect your gifts/letters from your J1s, also via HX/PY. Kindly note, that you are advised to keep your identity secret so that it will be more fun.

Dear J1s,

Firstly, you all will receive a card which has a number on the back of it, and several other numbers on the front. The number at the back is your number. Now, the alphabet with a number (Example : B2 or C8) on the front side represents the J2 person that you’re supposed to write to. The other numbers on the front (besides your own) are the numbers of your J1 penpals. Simply write a letter to your respective J2s and J1s (by their numbers) and pass it to Hong Xiang or Pei Ying on every Wednesday in the guitar room. Then on Friday, collect your gifts/letters from your J2s also via HX/PY. Kindly note, that you are advised to keep your identity confidential to make this game much more exciting. Your identities will be revealed during the Guitar Camp.

Everyone please take note: THE TWO OF US WILL KNOW IF YOU DO NOT WRITE LETTERS TO YOUR RESPECTIVE PENPALS. We will chase after you to write something for your pen pals if you do not. If you receive nothing in return, it should mean either 1) Your penpal has left the CCA or 2 ) Something happened with the numbers and not 3) Some other reason such as example : Lazy to write. If your penpal has really left the CCA we will inform you privately!

If you happen to be not recieving anything, you must also let us know. (In case we missed out anyone)
