SYF aftermath

It has been awhile since the day we've attained our results. It came as a slight disappointment, for the time we've put in trying to master the pieces, or when Mr Choo tries his very best to polish up our parts; I believe the credit should not be judged based on SYF alone. Even though we got a Silver, to me, it was a silvery Gold.

Through all of these, i've learnt that the best ensemble does not need paper qualifications to define who we are. In bonding, understanding, times we've shared together as an ensemble, i don't see why we're not Gold with Honors in this area.
I've learnt that playing music is more than just being able to play the best runs, the most fanciful tunes, but is to allow others around you to appreciate the quality of music you present, in the best way you can give. In this, i believe our ensemble did not just try, but we strived.

All in all, we've made a good run so far and i feel nothing short of a "proud" of you guys (& girls). IF gold with honors was an award, it'll be you people.

With no regards but honor,
Clarence
