Hello you guys!
If you have either missed the practice on Friday 30th July, or Wednesday 5th August, or BOTH practices, i need you to submit to me a Medical Certificate or any valid documents that prove you had reasons to be absent.
Please give them to me by the next practice on 12th August, or your attendance will be marked O, that is absent without valid reasons. Remember that 3 'O's will cause you to be kicked out of the CCA. So please be careful and responsible of your own attendance!
Also, if you have already left the CCA, please drop a message to me @tpjc.net (Wanzhen 09S11) or text me if you have my number. This is important, so please update me if you are not in the ensemble anymore.
Remember to submit your MCs or valid documents to me by the next practice (12/8)!
